Pin-tails

Been spending more time chasing a couple really hollow wedges around here on my handplanes. The pin-tails really do lock in better on the really shallow, dredging ones. I think the water is able to wrap the tail more than the moontail or swallow. This really creates a fin effect and more control in really steep parts of the wave.
